     黃橋工業園區中小企業創業園項目位于泰興市黃橋工業園區何韓中溝以北，韓莊路以南，老姜八線以東，永豐路以西，規劃用地面積7.694公頃，其中建筑用地面積3.857公頃，綠化用地面積1.08公頃。項目總投資預計為2億元人民幣，主要建設10幢多層標準化廠房、辦公樓及食宿配套用房。項目建成后，主要用于中小型、科技型現代裝備制造產業項目入駐、發展。在國家對用地政策宏觀調控的形勢下，發展該項目擁有廣闊的市場前景。
